WBC's 20th Anniversary
Wraysbury Bowls Club, having opened its rink in September 1998, marked its 20th Anniversary with a stand at the Village Garden Party at The Grange on Saturday, Sept 1.
To celebrate with the village, club members ran the stand with a Target Bowls game which proved very popular and entertaining. We had many visitors and our venture there gave promotion to the club and was a great success.
On the Sunday, September 2, members took part in an Anniversary Roll-up and afterwards enjoyed a glass of bubbly - to celebrate and to raise a glass to the club's future.
