Booking Instructions

To make a booking, use this link: 

https://form.jotform.com/201534815009045

(On your computer, you can paste it into your browser or open it by Ctrl+click). It will take you to our Booking form.
You can then choose a day and time-period to book.

You must enter your name, phone and email details and if you are playing with someone else, their name must be entered as well. (If a time is greyed out, it means that is fully booked).

For pairs booking, please use the first name and last name boxes to record the names of the playing pairs (instead of first and surnames for singles).
